Founder, President & CEO

Jill M. Speirs founded M2 Partners in 2011 and has since built a global practice spanning the US, Canada & Europe. Her work focuses on Campaign Automation, Data Management, Asset Management, Analytics Solutions, and Support Services for the B2C and B2B Marketer.

Her career spans over 30 years in marketing with experience in Retail, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications and Energy industries prior to M2. As an Executive, she led national and global initiatives for Sears, RBC, ING DIRECT, and Bell, aligning corporate strategies, business processes, and channel execution with the right technology solutions.

Jill’s success stems from her ability to understand a company’s business challenges and opportunities, set the strategic direction, build the business case for change, and lead the integration of four key enablers: people, process, data, and technology to help organizations prioritize their customers.

Senior Director, Development

As a Director for M2 Partners, Hamid leads a team dedicated to driving excellence, consistently exceeding client expectations, and delivering outstanding results.

Hamid brings over 10 years of experience combining his expertise as a Software Developer and as an Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets) specialist. With a decade of hands-on experience, he has designed and developed applications, processes, and systems across diverse technical environments and industries. He also has extensive expertise in successfully managing Adobe Projects end-to-end - including design, development, implementation, client relations, and project management - within high pressure, time sensitive environments.

At M2, Hamid focuses on aligning B2C and B2B strategies, business processes, data management, and channel execution with Adobe’s best-of-breed technology solutions.

Director of Growth & Partnerships

As Director of Growth & Partnerships at M2 Partners, Andrew leads a team driving the future of the company through marketing, partnerships and business development initiatives.  

Andrew graduated with Distinction from Western University, with an Honours Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour from the DAN Department of Management.

Since graduation, he has been leading the Adobe partnership relationship and has been an integral part of maintaining client retention and driving net new logo acquisition for both M2 and Adobe.  

At M2, Andrew focuses on hiring and managing our talented Toronto office and aligning our sales and marketing efforts from engaging with prospects and customers, event sponsorship, social media, content and more.
